Farewell Grandpa Tom

A few words that were used to describe Grandpa Tom today: humble, kind, christlike, loving, thoughtful, faithful, generous, thrifty, hard-working, friend, uncle, father, grandpa and friend.  To know him was to be loved and to love him. The angels are celebrating in heaven, and the rest of us left here on Earth have been blessed with an wonderful example of what a life celebration (funeral) can look like when you spend your whole life serving others.  You will be missed, Grandpa Tom! Until we meet again!

The grandkids sang I Am a Child of God during the service.

Ryan was one of the pall bearers.

Preston looking at the program with his cousin.

Preston and his cousin behind the casket. Each of the grandkids/great grandkids were able to grab a flower from the arrangement.

The Relief Society made a Thanksgiving meal for the luncheon.
It was Grandpa Tom's favorite holiday, and gave us the chance to enjoy Thanksgiving together,
12 days early.

Ryan with his siblings, not in any particular order.

A pregnant pose with my sisters-in-law and a cousin in law.
I'm the one who didn't do my hair.
