Coming Home

After 5 glorious days of sunshine in the Grand Canyon State, my family returned to the chill of Bountiful, Utah. For reals. When we walked into our home, the temp of our dwelling was below 60 degrees. It only took about 3 hours to warm up. The weird part is that we have that fancy nest thermostat where you can change the temp setting from anywhere in the world, as long as you have wifi... but you have to remember to change the setting. Brrrrrrrrr. Missing Arizona already, but glad to be snuggled in my own bed with my soul mate.

Mexican lunch at a place called Mangos.  I didn't see anything with mangos on the entire menu.

Who can resist the chimichanga?!

After lunch Ryan took us to DQ. Annie asked for a cup of vanilla with cookie dough as the topper, but without the vanilla ice-cream.  The employee actually agreed to a cup of cookie dough topping.
Annie can be charming and persuasive.

Walking our luggage back to the airport. Mesa will be missed!

Annie looking fashionable at the security check.

When we landed in the Ogden airport our battery was totally dead, Someone left a light on.
After an hour wait, two failed car jumps, $25 for the car charge, we were on our way back home.
What a lovely trip and it was so wonderful to spend time with all our family!
