Mum's Day in Scotland

Here in Scotland, Mum's Day is celebrated on the second Sunday in March, not in May like we do in the states.  Nothing exciting happened at home, but my sweet kids sang to me in church today, made some pretty fantastic cards, and even delivered these sweet tiny yellow roses (which is my favorite color) and I got cupcakes as well. Glad to be a Mum.

Seeing "Mum" instead of "Mom" amuses me.

I like that I have 8 cards, but only 5 kids.  That seems to be a good investment and quite the return.

  2. Some lovely woman in the Primary, I'm sure. It was banana with a cream cheese frosting. Very tasty.
