Lindsey's Lemonade

Lemonade is easy to make, it only requires three ingredients: Water, Sugar and Lemons. I knew that if I started a personal blog, I would be forced to write about food, as it's my passion. I would also write about everyday things (water), events that were totally awesome (sugar), and occasionally I would vent and rant about frustrations, irritations and things that could only be described as terrible, horrible, no-good very bad and sour (lemons.) Thus Lindsey's Lemonade was born. Drink it up.

Half Way!

Today marks Ryan's halfway point for his chemo and radiation treatment. 14 down, only 14 more days to go. It was also the last day of his fall break, and the last day of fall break for the kids. The weekend is here, not much is planned, but this week of Ryan having work off (which really means working part time) has been lovely. The kids ran around all afternoon with friends, and ended up eating two dinner; the first at my friend's home around 6:00pm, then everyone wandered over to my home and had round #2. Well played for a Friday night!
