78

The high for the day was 78 degrees. SEVENTY-EIGHT!!! It was so lovely, as lovely as a back massage, or finding a $20 bill, or getting a hug from a family member, or a gift from a friend.  I know many people insist that Utah has a ll four seasons to enjoy, but we really just seem to have winter that lasts from November to May.  That leaves 5 months to experience the other 3 seasons, which just isn't enough time.  But today was warm, and we seized the day.  The Smith family cleaned the house, had some soccer games (ANnie scored a goal!) had a delightful picnic in our side yard, and then headed to Lagoon to celebrate the warmth by riding on "Rattlesnake Rapids."

It might be hard to tell, but we are soaked.  It was sooo much fun!
