Today is Jade's final Saturday being 17, and her last Saturday before she heads home to Scotland on Weds. In an effort to live it up, we went through a few attempts at fun, and settled on plan C for the day: an attempt to visit Heritage Park, which was virtually closed due to winter weather, an attempt to go to the dollar theatre (with only lame 3D movies showing) and lastly a visit to our local video store. A regular Saturday, but fun because we were together.
We were able to walk through the gift shop at Heritage Park. In the basement they have some museum stuff and a short video on the Utah pioneers.
A visit to East High (aka the school that High School Musical was filmed in) was a highlight of the day. I especially liked it when everyone joined in "stick to The Status Quo..."
