Beets
Lately, I just can't get enough beets. I absolutely love the color. I love the flavored of pickled beets. I love them all by themselves or on a salad with toasted almonds and blue cheese dressing. Norman had his very first crack at beets today, and lets just say that I have passed on more than just my good looks to this man baby.
