Lindsey's Lemonade

Lemonade is easy to make, it only requires three ingredients: Water, Sugar and Lemons. I knew that if I started a personal blog, I would be forced to write about food, as it's my passion. I would also write about everyday things (water), events that were totally awesome (sugar), and occasionally I would vent and rant about frustrations, irritations and things that could only be described as terrible, horrible, no-good very bad and sour (lemons.) Thus Lindsey's Lemonade was born. Drink it up.

80 Days Left

Flights have been purchased. We can't stay in Scotland forever. Only 80 days left. 80 days to soak up Edinburgh. 80 days to learn what we came here to learn, 80 days to magnify my church assignment, 80 days to share the gospel. What remains to be done? How has the time gone by so quickly? What awaits us back in Utah? 80 days left to find out.

Annie Joy is all over planning high quality activities for family fun, which she arranged in the room that she calls her "classroom." She could do so many things, but I can see already that she has a gift for teaching and party planning.
