WIth a table this big, loads of wonderful food, and filled with lovely happy people, it felt like an early Thanksgiving.
Lemonade is easy to make, it only requires three ingredients: Water, Sugar and Lemons. I knew that if I started a personal blog, I would be forced to write about food, as it's my passion. I would also write about everyday things (water), events that were totally awesome (sugar), and occasionally I would vent and rant about frustrations, irritations and things that could only be described as terrible, horrible, no-good very bad and sour (lemons.) Thus Lindsey's Lemonade was born. Drink it up.

Clegging it Up
When Jade Louise Herriot wanted to learn more about the Mormon church, she attended a sacrament meeting and was met by two sister missionaries. One of the sisters, Sister Clegg, is from Fruit Heights, Utah, which is only about a 20 minute drive from our house. Sister Clegg's mom, Jill Clegg, kindly invited us over to dinner tonight. How cool it must have been for the Cleggs to meet Jade, the fruit of their daughters' labor. How brave of them to invite all eight of us, and how wonderful the food was. I spoke in two sacrament meetings, had a presidency meeting, and a meeting with the Bishop, but the dinner was definitely the highlight of the day. Missionaries rock! Church Investigators rock! The gospel of Jesus Christ rocks! Ryan picked up most of the Sunday slack while I was gone, and he rocks as well.
