Try, try, tri

Three of my dears went to the track around Mueller Park Jr. high to ride their bikes.  Annie and Simon will be in a triathlon this Saturday, and I wanted to make sure that they were comfortable with the distance.  They all did a fine job, and I think they are going to have a blast on Saturday!

After the two mile bike ride, Annie wanted to practice the one mile run... so she did.

Owen found a worm and wanted a pic with it.  That middle bit hat looks weird on the worm is actually just a petal from the blossoms found on our apricot tree.
