Lindsey's Lemonade

Lemonade is easy to make, it only requires three ingredients: Water, Sugar and Lemons. I knew that if I started a personal blog, I would be forced to write about food, as it's my passion. I would also write about everyday things (water), events that were totally awesome (sugar), and occasionally I would vent and rant about frustrations, irritations and things that could only be described as terrible, horrible, no-good very bad and sour (lemons.) Thus Lindsey's Lemonade was born. Drink it up.

Root Beer

Calvin's music class had their annual root beer float party today. I was the lucky mom who got to pour the root beer into the cups, instead of being the volunteer that had to do the ice cream scooping, which can get pretty messy. They did some sore of random musical relay, and once they finished their leg, they got to grab their root beer float. Incidentally, when we were living in Scotland, root beer was very hard to come by. I did finally buy some, to celebrate the 4th of July, but each individual can cost about £1.70 per can, which is like $2.89 each. Dang! It was worth it though, oh yes, it was worth it.
