Lindsey's Lemonade

Lemonade is easy to make, it only requires three ingredients: Water, Sugar and Lemons. I knew that if I started a personal blog, I would be forced to write about food, as it's my passion. I would also write about everyday things (water), events that were totally awesome (sugar), and occasionally I would vent and rant about frustrations, irritations and things that could only be described as terrible, horrible, no-good very bad and sour (lemons.) Thus Lindsey's Lemonade was born. Drink it up.

Fancy Nails for Athena

When I was a little girl my family owned a desert tortoise named Haggis. Lesley and I just loved to dress the turtle up in doll clothes. Turtles can actually live for a very long time, but Haggis was placed in an area of our yard that was closed off, and Tucson had a very big rain storm, and Haggis... Today Annie decided that if Athena was going to have such long nails, that she should get to paint them, so she did. Bright Orange. I'm sure Athena enjoyed her manicure just as much as Haggis liked wearing my underwear.
