This is a pic of sour dough that has just been placed on a piping hot stone. They turned out beautifully. All of my students are excellent chefs in the making.
Lemonade is easy to make, it only requires three ingredients: Water, Sugar and Lemons. I knew that if I started a personal blog, I would be forced to write about food, as it's my passion. I would also write about everyday things (water), events that were totally awesome (sugar), and occasionally I would vent and rant about frustrations, irritations and things that could only be described as terrible, horrible, no-good very bad and sour (lemons.) Thus Lindsey's Lemonade was born. Drink it up.

Brazenly Beautiful Bread
I taught my last bread class of the summer today, and it was wonderful. Nothing smells quite as fantastic as fresh bread being pulled out of the oven... well, cookies smell great, and so does a crock pot roast on a Sunday, right after church... okay, but the smell of bread is definitely up there. Bread, with butter, jam, honey, mayo, avocados. Just so many great options. I'm excited to finish up my classes this summer and get some new ones posted for the fall.
